does its training in one of two ways; online using GoToMeeting
and classes here in St. Petersburg.
GoToMeeting Training -
While enjoying the comfort of your own
surroundings, most people prefer the
GoToMeeting type of POS training classes - these are held
most Tuesday and Thursday afternoons. POS training classes are
also scheduled as needed during different times of the week and
are also available during the evenings. If you have an internet
browser, you can join our online training classes at a very
reasonable rate. After receiving a log on number, we will show
you how to install and use the POS on our computer, while you
watch from your computer screen. You can follow along as well as
ask questions and you will receive your answers live during the
training session. Not only is this a cost effective way to
learn, it is also a great refresher course for those that have
used the POS for any length of time. Once you pay for your first
GoToMeeting POS class, you may log on up to three (3) additional
times for free. GoToMeeting POS classes are catered to questions
from our users, as long as you ask questions, we will stay
online and answer them.

There is a limit of ten (10) attendees
per training session and newer users have priority over existing
established users.
Attend Classes in St.
Petersburg -
Rocket Point of Sale training
classes are conducted in St. Petersburg Florida at least once a month.
All classes start on Monday and conclude by mid-day on Tuesday.
SQL-Multi-Store training is covered in the afternoon of Tuesday.
Training classes cover the Point of Sale installation and
detailed uses of all features found within the Point of Sale. We
suggest you fly in on Sunday and plan on leaving late afternoon
on Tuesday. If you are staying for the SQL-Multi-Store training
you may want to schedule your flight for Wednesday morning.
 If
you are flying into the St. Petersburg area you would use the
Tampa International Airport (TIA) or the
Clearwater / St. Petersburg International Airport (PIE). TIA
is the larger of the two airports and has the most flights. TIA
is about 25 minutes from downtown St. Petersburg and PIE is
about 15 minutes from downtown St. Petersburg. A rental car is
nice to see the area but not necessary if you are ONLY doing the
classes.
The hotel we suggest in the St.
Petersburg area is the
St. Petersburg Hilton. This is typically where we hold our
classes. Sometimes the class may be moved but the new location
will be within walking distance or we will provide the
transportation if necessary.
Remember, we ARE the vacation capital of
the world. Here are some of the amenities within the area and
their distances in approximate minutes from downtown St.
Petersburg.
Class Prices
For a single person to attend class, the
price is $250.00. Each additional
person that accompanies you will be charged an extra
$100.00. A 50% non-returnable
deposit is required at least 2 weeks before attending class. This
may be paid with a fax check or credit card. The balance will be due
on the morning before attending the class. A continental breakfast and
sandwich lunch
are included in the price on Monday along with a continental
breakfast on Tuesday morning.
